If you're looking for an affordable, spacious, and customer-service friendly storage facility than this is the place. I'm moving my things from a different facility not too far because of how great this place is. They don't nickel-and-dime you with rent raising and obscene insurance add-ons, and Ash was so helpful and knowledgeable about how I could best save money (month-to-month, six months up front, a year up front, etc). Though I didn't need it, their boxes and supplies were actually reasonably priced as well. Would definitely recommend this facility.

I have only had my storage unit for a month, but I was blown away by the facility and the care that I was shown when i went to sign the lease papers. The manager walked me to my unit and I was surprise at how clean and neat everything looked. The hours that you are able to access your unit are definitely better than any other storage place near where I live. Everything was demonstrated to me and explained perfectly. It was a great experience and I will always use CubeSmart for any storage needs that I have.

It was easy and quick to complete the initial registration for the storage unit. I appreciated the tour upon my arrival and detailed instructions on how to use the facility. I like having many options to pay for my unit via check, online, auto debit, etc. I received the first month free which was greatly appreciated. Dollys and hand trucks are in good operating condition to make moving in simple!

I needed storage ASAP , I called very late, and still I was able to get someone on the phone who assisted me in sacuring a spot for the next day early in the morning. She was so paitient and understood my situation. The next day when I arrived with my belongings I was amazed at the fantastic customer service and the cleanliness of the place.
