I have had a few less-than-pleasant experiences with storage facilities and hidden charges, questionable security, and poor customer service and appreciation. While I only have a very small unit, I was treated as a VIP and with respect, a warm smile, and genuine appreciation for my business. While they are not the most convenient location to me, it was so easy to find, book, and simply take care of what I needed without hassle or delay. Well done!!
