Unlike other storage units I have dealt with, they did not try to change the price on me upon arrival or try to get me to “lock it in” earlier than the reservation date I requested.

Overall, the facility met my expectation; very clean. Maxine was great! Very helpful. All positive as my review relates to her. My only issue is the hired help that sat at the desk with no personality, interpersonal or people skills. He lacked professionalism...pants hanging down with his butt cheeks showing. Screen the hired help better and make sure they have customer service skills. I would not have hired him.

Their directory line they have is annoying and they kept hanging up. Also they can't adjust their pay set up. It was just annoying. Luckily Maxine was a sweetheart she made things much easier.

In general, storage units are not my favorite excursion. I was very pleased to find a safe, secure, clean unit with exceptional staff. Very helpful. I did not feel rushed (a common experience) and left glad that I made this choice. The location is perfect as well.

this place is perfect management is totally awesome and listened to my special circumstances and was helpful in assisting me in all aspects of obtaining a unit and helping me get my things settled in a secure environment.i will recommend them to everyone i know !
