Very clean facility. Pricing was good and the first month was free. Customer service was quick and friendly, and I was brought up to the storage unit to make sure it was of my liking. Really helped for the in-between time from moving from one apartment and the other apartment not being ready for move in for around another month and a half.

The storage unit suits our needs. Wish they had 24 hour access and that it was easier to navigate getting in and out of the sliding security door. Large loads can be a pain to pack or unpacking doing it one cart at a time.

I booked a space with Life Storage through Sparefoot. The facility has a sign up that allowed me to do the administrative tasks online, so all I had to do when I arrived was look at the space and sign off before occupying it. It feels like a newer facility, is super clean, and smells nice.

The representative I spoke to Bianca waited for me to arrive at the facility (which was greatly appreciated). I received courteous customer service and she was very professional. Also, the facility was very clean and neat.
