I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service provided by the Assistant Manager, Nakira. She was extremely helpful, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. Her level of care and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. She represents the very best in customer service—top tier! I love the location and the cleanliness of the units! I wish I would have chosen them to begin with, but glad I found this place! Excellent!

This storage facility has the most helpful and friendliest staff. "V" is pleasant, informative, and willing to ensure the customer is satisfied. The male staff person (whose name I can't recall) also goes above and beyond for their customers. The facility is very clean, cool as it's climate controlled, and easily accessible. The area feels safe as well. I'm a new customer to this facility and I will be a returning customer based on my experience thus far.

Public storage seems like such a sheisty business and coming up here this evening to get a unit, I had that mindset. But the staff there ispelled all my fears. I've not gotten attentive and polite service like this in so long. They were friendly and polite and I ran in 3 mins before their listed close time because I was coming from my job across town. They still took their time to attend to me and walk me through everything. Feels less like service for a storage and more like a fancy hotel. Hopefully the price holds up later
