We have had a few storage units over the years with Public Storage but what made this one different was Darlene who checked us in. She was warm, friendly, professional and had that little something extra that made us feel welcome and like family. A couple of other people came in while we were there and it was obvious that she remembered them, they remembered her and she had created great relationships. She is the best of what customer service should be.

The site and the property management are great! My only issue would be the business hours, since I am storing my belongings on the property I believe I should be able to access my belongings when I need to. This policy is unfair to people that work during the day.

Shenitha the property manager was one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. You can tell she takes her job seriously and is committed to the safety and security of the facility and its tenants. If you need to store your good I highly recommend doing it here.

I recently moved to Atlanta and needed extra storage space for my household items. I was impressed initially by the phone call follow up of their facility manager. When I arrived to view the unit, the facility was secure and clean and the units were drive-up units which will make it very convenient for loading and unloading. The manager was friendly and courteous and knew the names of other tenants driving in, which gave the place a family feel. She was helpful and knowledgeable and quickly got me signed up. She clearly explained all the charges and information about the facility. Very happy so far.

Easy and straightforward check-in process. Elaine was great.She took the time to show me the unit before I committed to it to ensure it was big enough for me possessions. She was very nice and knowledgeable about the products of the company.

I am a first-time storer, and Ava and Seth have made the experience much easier than I expected. They have me confident that my items are safe.
