Easy to move in, and good location.

It's was good customer experience and everything was fine

Not the best storage facility I've used but good enough for what I need and conveniently located. Not to mention, the price was the best I found. The front desk attendant was helpful and polite too. Just bare in mind parking is almost non existent and the elevator is slow and small.

My Exceptional Customer Service experience with Public Storage began at the entry door. The Manager greeted me at the door, she knew what I wanted before she got to the counter to check for availability. Keep up the Great work, don't change a thing!

The parking is not good at all. And that location needs more carts. However the ladies at the front desk are awesome.

I received the very best help from the young lady that assisted me. I was very stressed and not really sure what size I needed but she helped me figure it out plus she was very patient and understanding.

I came in to purchase some storage boxes and I must say I received the best customer service from the team member Robert. He helped me measure and pick the correct boxes for my TV. You guys must keep him around. Way to go!!!!

Robert was the property manager at the time and made moving in so easy and affordable. I was in and out within 20 minutes and his customer service was excellent. Robert was very knowledgable about everything and even answered questions I had before I knew I had a question.

Excellent Customer Service here. Went in to inquire about a storage unit and Robert was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the facility and rates. The facility is very clean. I WOULD recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a storage facility.

Initial experience is GREAT. Bryant set the appointment, walked through the process, gave a first hand tour of the facility, showed the unit, provided an alternate floor unit ---- then reviewed the details of the agreement. So far --- all is great, facility is clean, cool, and is meeting all expectations.

The manager is quite knowledgeable and friendly. The lighting is not that great in the facility and the ceilings are low but I still rented the storage so overall it's ok
