Great plac but didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like being forced to sign up for the orange insurance online. I was able to cancel it in person but should have had that option during sign up. Otherwise all good.

convenient and reasonably priced; could be cleaner, but I presume that is because I moved in on a weekend in which there was a lot of activity and they had not been able to clean up yet

Secure location, clean enough, carts available, elevators both working properly, a/c blowing, plenty of parking. All good things. If an edit is necessary at pick up, I will recalibrate my review, but itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s all good upon move in.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Convenient location which is clean and secure. Pricing is fair. This storage site really met my needs of moving my twins college studentsﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ items into storage for the summer.

The price I was quoted online when I reserved my unit was different when I checked into my unit. My monthly payment went from $115 to $143. No one at this location would honor the price even though I had proof. The staff was professional and polite however, I do believe the right thing is to honor the original price.

Everything Was Well And Easy To Use Appreciate The Great Service

Decent location overall, the staff was okay to interact with - nothing special but they get the job done. The unit was ready upon my arrival - they have a great electronic notification system to where you don't have to interact with anyone to get your unit - when you open the unit, there's a lock ready for you - they unit was a bit dirty when I arrived but other than that, it was very well secured and it was a decent place to rent.

Clean easy to transport you items and convenient

The staff is nice and the facility is nice. However there is a HUGE drawback in that you have to get a cart from. the front office. That is fine if you're only trying to move things in and out when they are open. But it is really hard when you are trying to move things after hours all by hand with no assistance of a cart. Most storage facilities I've used have carts handy for customers at all times.

Not trying to be unfair here: The online reservation and paying was simple and easy. I received my access code and unit number. I only have 1 complaint about the facility and that is the single elevator to move your furniture upstairs on the right side. When I moved my home into the 3rd floor storage unit, 3 other people were already using it. A possible 1 hour job became 3. Having to use an access code on the door to get in and immediately after on the elevator felt a bit unnecessary and slowed down the process a lot. Now for the staff. Luckily I did the paperwork and everything online so I didn't have to interact with them at the beginning but after I finished and needed to return my cart and collect my ID there was no one in the office area. 3 people where there earlier. It already took forever to move in so now there is a line of people waiting. I know 6 of us were sitting outside for about 45 minutes before they came sluggishly walking out the back door to let us in. No apology, looked bored and inconvenienced at the same time, and just opened the little box and gave us back our IDs. If you don't like your job, don't work there. The facility didn't close until 5pm. This was at 3pm. Do better and respect people's time.

my stuff is stuffed in. everything works. i get in and out with the code, open the door with no problems. pathways are clear. can't complain

After storing furniture for a month until my son's house was ready, when we went to remove the furniture, the chairs, sofa pillow, the sofa, and the mattress had molded and mildew smell. All were thrown away. My son had thrown the mattresses in the dumpster before he took a picture of it, but did take a picture of the others. I was told that I would have to move everything out on the 31st and not the 1st, which I thought was appropriate since we rented on the 1st of August. So I did not change the move-out date that I have put on the website but I moved out on the 31st, per the young lady I talked to, and I still got a bill for the next month. I've used public storage before but it was not this one and had no problems.

Clean place, provided locks, very helpful staff

Very clean facility, very safe and easy to enter with a code, making sure only renters can enter inside with a code system for the elevator, too.

The young lady that helped me was amazing. She was there taking care of everything by herself, and still kept a great attitude. I wish I remembered her name. It was Sunday May 2nd

Service was good, facilities are great. Not a fan of the fact that you have to buy their lock for $20, but still not bad considering the $1 first month rate (which I think they do to offset the hidden fees).

You have to buy one of their locks. It's a new a facility which requires a special type of lock.

From the online reservation to the actual move in, it was the easiest and safest process I have ever been through. The pull carts was a life saver, thank you!

I reserved a specific size online and all of the units that size was either not available, unable to be accessed, or had debris from previous renter. She quickly aiding in trying to find alternative solutions without downgrading me or inconveniencing me even after she constantly kept having issues accessing certain thing on the computer. Her determination and understanding of my time was and is greatly appreciated. She made a potentially negative situation beyond positive.

Cecily helped us on our move in day with paperwork and understanding the logistics of the building. She was great, and we had a very smooth experience. Although we are on the top (3rd) floor, the elevator is large enough to handle several pieces of furniture and many boxes. The hallway is easy to negotiate with the push carts provided in the elevator lobby, and there was always at least one push cart available when we needed it. We found a discounted rate online, so we are very happy with the price.

A very nice and well-kept facility, but look out for all the extra fees! You are required to buy their locks ($20) and their monthly insurance ($15 / month) so once you are done with these undisclosed expenses, the unit costs way more than advertised.

Facility provided just the place I needed to store some extra items before putting my home on the market. The staff was very helpful. Note that there could be extra costs, like purchasing a lock -- you have to use a specific kind of lock on the unit -- and insurance if your items are not otherwise covered.

Could not have ben a better experience. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my whole rental process. They took the time to find the perfect size/shape rental for my needs, and everything was clean upon arrival. I feel confident my things are secured in a safe location.
