I have seen homeless people sneaking into this facility, hiding behind vehicles pulling up to the dock. I am shocked that my rent was raised after only a few months of occupancy. Even though I received a special discount when enrolling, I will be terminating my agreement soon.

Staff extremely helpful, refered me to another public storage facility when we found hours of operation not adequate fir my needs. Then made me a new reservation and negotiated the same low rate. Plus they still gave me the oromotional special. Good people.

Check in went smoothly and everything was explained / codes provided. On site employee gave me a tour of the facilities and showed me where my storage unit was located. The only thing that bothers me about my experience is that Public Storage insisted on adding insurance coverage to my monthly fee despite the fact that I told the on site employee that my existing homeowners' policy would cover items in storage.

I received high level customer service from Diane and Donna. They were both warm and welcoming and answered all of my questions with a smile. This was my first public storage experience and I must say, that should I ever have the need in future for these services, I will definitely be going to this location. The premises are very well kept as well. Overall a great experience. You have a wonderful team running that operation.

Donna and Diane gave us excellent customer service from the moment we walked in the door. Actually it started about 45min earlier when we inquired online and received a phone call within 5min. The facility is in a convenient location with a loading doc, use of a dolly, easy locks and extremely clean!

Calvin and Leah were extremely helpful and welcoming! The original unit I booked wasn't available due to some lock issues (seemed to be no fault of the business but whoever rented before me) and they were able to find me a larger unit for about the same price right then. Working on the weekend isn't always great but they were very friendly and patient with any questions or concerns I had. Well done.

The staff at this facility is consistently friendly & efficient. The facility is well-kept, clean, & well-lighted. The rental fees are comparably competitive with other facilities in the same general area. For me, it is the best location, with convenient access, AND offers the best price for my preferred unit size.

I found out on a Monday that my roommate had signed something saying we would be out by Thursday that same week. I searched online and found Public Storage and could not be happier! The prices for temperature controlled storage in Atlanta are typically ridiculous but Public Storge is very responsible! They provide carts to help you move your items into your storage unit with ease. The staff is nice and helpful. They made everything so easy in a time where I was beyond stressed! I would definitely recommend them!

I was lucky to get first month half price and a great rate for climate controlled space on the ground floor. No elevator means a faster easier move. Donna in the office was super helpful on my move in day. My only complaint is there are no carts available after office hours, so if I need to move something in the evening I have to be able to carry it or I'm out of luck.

The manager handled my check-in quickly, so I did not spend my time with paperwork but actually un-loading my stuff into the unit. Better use of my time and some great work on their part.

Thus far, I have been very pleased with PS. However, I am becoming tired of the numerous calls and emails asking for feedback, ratings, notice of payment due two weeks outside of the due date. I am a responsible adult who has now completed 3 surveys and have expressed my pleasure with the company. I really don't care for any more general correspondence. I am aware of when my rent is due and can assure PS that if I have any questions or concerns, that I have the aptitude to contact the appropriate representative to address these. I request that this be the last survey I receive. Thank you.
