Public Storage - Atlanta - 5711 Roswell Road NE

Definitely located in busy part of Roswell Road, however my new condo is a short distance. The only drawback I have is when I called to get specifics on the current special was told it was in fact the $1 for first month and $29 admin fee..However, it turns out that you must get their insurance even if you have your own renters insurance additional $15 monthly. Just be honest up front with all the fees when a customer calls ahead.Its principle not price, it comes off a little deceiving.

Manager Cecilia is terrific, helpful, courteous and professional. Location convenient and price competitive. Site could use some cleanup and repairs to vehicle access gate and pedestrian gate.

Sense of humor, that I enjoyed. I have been in management in Banking and Laquita is a great candidate for other opportunities.

I've posted on other social media review sites about this location. The facility is clean, well kept and easy to use. The manager is the reason this place will receive such amazing reviews. She goes out of her way to make sure her customers get what they need and is happy to help you out. The pricing is perfect. Yes, there is an admin fee and a lock fee to start. Remember tho they only charge you $1 rent, making those other 2 fees not matter (and still less than the one month's rent). It is a month to month contract with a specified date when you can cancel. If you need to borrow their rolling racks, etc, the office must be open to borrow them. Temp control works perfectly. Being there after hours is fine. Didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Cleanest storage facility I've ever seen. If you need to store something, this is the facility you want to use.

My experience with Public storage for the past six years has been satisfing with excellent service from the staff. They met my needs and was very polite and professional. They accommodated all my needs and answered all my questions and concerns.
