The employees on the premises were good in assisting me. However, during this pandemic and as customer service one would've considered in offering discounts. Someone the corporate office was not offering customer service but they certainly expect their employees too

Ms.keshia was very helpful and professional thought the whole process. She informed me about everything that i needed to know and answered every question regarding my unit and lease, easing my worries.

The staff are amazing, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and very well protected. All in all, I am very happy with the storage, but would prefer a cheaper cost per month and more hours of access.

I had a great experience with Employee named Jasmine at this location. We were able to fill out the paper work extremely fast & she showed great customer service!

Bathrooms are locked with padlocks when the lobby is locked. Highly inconvenient when having to Yoder the restroom during none lobby hours. The hours are pretty good to go in to get items out of your storage when needed. The carts and dollies are only available during lobby business hours which kinda suck. Be prepared if you aren't going during business hours to either have your own or to carry it in to elevators. The people in the office are really nice and willing to help you within the constraints of the business.

Well I don't have a huge opinion about the publicstorage.... some things are to be expected, it's a storage space, usually clean. I only had one problem, I saw a bug in the hallway, yes a roach. So what I did, was sprayed my unit before moving my things in, to ensure that "The Intruders" would stay away. I was also concerned about the gate being broken the day I moved in (which was three days after I signed my contract)...while these may seem like huge complaints ... at the end of the day I still need the storage facility and I'm not complaining. But it's best that people would know it's also nice if the actual floor could smell as good as the entryway that would be great!

Jasmine was such great help here! She was very professional and patient with me as I chose which unit would fit best for me! She explained everything in detail and excellence! She needs a promotion. The unit that I got was a nice size and great to only pay $1 for the first month!! I would recommend this location.

This public storage location has amazing customer service. I showed up first thing in the morning and I was greeted by Diane. Diane was super helpful and cheerful and really took her time walking me through each step of the rental process. I really appreciated this because I just graduated from Georgia Tech and I'm in the process of getting my things ready for my first relocation and needed all the help I could get. I'll return to store my things here anytime I need too and I'm happy to refer my friends too. Overall great location.

I have used PS for the past 9 months. I haven't had many problems. I was a little shocked about the $1 for the first month scam. I really ended up paying like $67. They force you to insure as well as purchase a lock. They are specific locks that cost me $17. Also, at the 6 month mark they raised my $72 rate up to $80. However, the facilities seem to be clean and secure and I have never had many other issues except the way they play with money.
