The movers haven't arrived with items they will complete the items 03/04/21 and I fly out shortly thereafter. Everything is working out fine.

Manager on duty was great. She gave me all of the information that i needed and helped me to get set up in my 10x10 unit. She took the time to drive me around and show me different sizes and explained the price differences to me in detail. She was very patient and because of her i will definitely be recommending public storage to my friends and family.

My experience was excellent great and up beat personality from the young lady that showed me my storage unit.

I had a really good experience with this location. I made my reservation online and they were ready for me when I got there. Ms Sheneka took good care of me and made my rental experience very pleasant. I have been back and forth to this property several times and the staff has been super friendly and helpful.

After a long day of work I can across this place. It was my third public storage of the day and I was super tired. I walked into this location it had what I needed online space wise. Sheneka was a GREAT HELP!! She gave me a tour and also had the best knowledge of the place. She also called me by name as if we knew each of for decades. Her customer service skills are amazing. There wasn't a blank spot that I didn't understand. Sheneka I appreciated doing business with people who care about their jobs. Thanks Public Storage.

The service was amazing upon arrival! The reepsentative made it a quick and easy process to get the necessary paperwork completed and get moved in. The facility was just as clean and well managed as portrayed online. I feel at ease with my valuables in the care of Public Storage.

I had the best experience here during a stressful time . The manager Shenka was extremely nice and helpful she even waited on me a few mins after the office was close to unsure I got the best customer service experience . I will recommend this location to all my friends and family .

I had a WONDERFUL experience securing & moving into my unit. Brittany Rice provided THE BEST customer service! She called me before I came in to confirm that my reservations and unit size. When I got there she was very friendly and professional and she took care of me quickly and efficiently. Good Customer service is VITAL, it can greatly influcence and empact your impression and feelings about a company and whether you would do business with them again. Brittany made it a very pleasant and painless experience! I would definitle refer others to her & Public Storage at that location.

Customer service was awesome! Sheneka the property manager was very knowledgeable and professional. She was very patient as she explained and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend!

The staff was helpful and encouraging to my needs. The options at the time of my move in was great with choosing between a climate control space at a reasonable price. I would have given this location 5 stars; but the lighting at night needs to be more accommodating.
