Public Storage - East Point - 1790 Woodberry Ave

I was told that I need pay for Public Storage lock and that the unit was swept out.

I had a great experience with this public storage. I was in and out and we'll taken care of. The rate was great and the facilities were following proper protocol during the pandemic. I was able to put my stuff in the unit without any issues. I would highly recommend this location.

Iam very please to say I really love the experience I have with public storage. This is my first time to ever use a storage unit Company n really amazed on how professional the staff n how clean the storage units are I recommend family if there is any quick move that's has to be done. Public storage help me in every way from renting a storage unit from helping me with people that can help me move my furniture to help set up auto payments n they even have insurance for their units. Thank you guys so much for the service you guys provide truly a blessing.

Good customer service

They make u pay for a $20 lock you will never use again! You can't even get $5 back from it!! So not fair! It should not be under merchandise purchase but should be in the admin fee

The Units aren't sealed well and I should be able to go access my storage until 8pm at the latest.. But the property Manager was very professional

Nice staff. Easy in and out. Only negative about public storage is that they can be a little pricey. Well secured though.

This is ashley I came in today and rented a unit ms Asia is perfect even on the phone she sounded like she was willing to go the extra mile to help me she was patient and spoke very nice to me. As I went in the office she told me everything I needed to know how long the process would take and move my unit space was clean she is very nice and I really do like her she is a perfect example for You guys company I hope this review help her reach a higher position perhaps or a reward she deserves it ??????

I love the location and customer service

Great experience in reserving a storage space. Made arrangements online and a got a call back in less than 30 to review my online reservation, answer any questions. Manager who called was friendly, respectful and even searched to find me a better deal. Business was handled quickly and efficiently on arrival at the storage facility and the CSR who served me was quite cheerful, respectful and very, very helpful. Would certainly use this facility again.

I had a hard time getting some help with moving my things after making my reservation. The Public Storage staff was very kind with understanding my situation, keeping me calm and assured me that they were there to help. When I was finally able to proceed with my move they did exactly as they said. They were there, very friendly, understanding and just overall made my experience less stressful. Thank you for All of your help.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I property manager was very helpful, friendly, and might I say persuasive in a good way. Her sales skills were great. She made me feel secure that my property would be safe.

My opinion would recommend Public Storage to anyone that asked

I work during the hours bof ten to seven mon thru friday so if I could get in my storage unit after business hours would be great
