The facility is very old and not well maintained. Tree branches (large) were still in the driving lanes from the rain storm 3-4 days ago. Facility smelled musty and very poorly lighting. The pricing was comfortable with other facilities but the quality of the storage build was very subpar. Lucky I was only storing decorations and decided to just put them there for now. The Customer Service Rep was extremely friendly and helpful which is the on bright thing I can write.

This location was very convenient. It's right by the highway and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick out the perfect size storage. Public Storage also offers insurance for your belongings which is a major plus and the gated access gives you an added sense of security. I was able to purchase extra items to make sure my belongings would be kept in great condition such as a moisture pack that keeps your things clean and sweat free. Thanks Public Storage I'll definitely be using you guys for my storage needs.

I had a wonderful experience with Tammie & Aaliyah today. I have rented from a different Public Storage in the past and the experience was ok but Tammie and Aaliyah went above and beyond my expectations. They showed me to my unit and made sure I knew how to work the lock. They were super friendly and I appreciate the great customer service.
