Customer service was excellent. All of my questions were answered and the agent was very pleasant. I will recommend this facility to all of my friends.

Very clean Excellant staffing only one draw back you have 6to 9:00 window and only one cart Available the rest are locked up when office is closed you have to wait for 30min to an Hour for cart if in use which makes it a long process. May I make suggestion, lock box where you can enter your code to get key to unlock cart for use. That way you'd have record of users.

The place is nice, and the staff are professional. Setting up and signing the lease agreement was quick and easy... and the price was the cheapest I found in the area for the size that I rented. No complaints!

I have had a pleasant experience from the reservation of my unit throughout the move-in. During the move-in, I met April. She took ownership of the store by giving me a tour of the facility, reviewing the security of the space, rules and regulations and also performed suggestive selling by offering me a lock and moving supplies to assist with my move! She's definitely an asset to the company.

dealing with other storage places have been a nightmare, but April and Keba are amazing. They are amazingly friendly and welcoming. It is as if we are family. This facility is always clean and managed well. thank you ladies, always good to see those smiles when I walk in. If you're looking for a good storage facility Public storage on Camp Creek should be your choice... 5 stars for me.

Having just dealt with a moving/storage place based in New York it was great to have an experience where there were no "hidden" fees or "hidden" promises. The staff is courteous and answered all my questions and gave me assurance that everything quoted would be just what I would receive. I haven't moved into my space yet, but I'm hopeful that I will continue to be satisfied. The location is easy to get to via car or public transportation and it's clean and bright.

Service was very good and unit was clean. Building is cool and well lit.

Went to this location today around 4pm almost time to close the young lady that was there was by herself i think her name is keba she really held it down great customer service even tho some was trying to give her a hard time she still kept a smile and was really nice need more like her

Robin was very good. She took me through the facility to show me the different sizes of units which will help determine the correct size needed for the items I will be storing. She was extremely knowledgeable of the products offered, how to use them and the prices. Robin displayed complete professionalism at all times...Thank you Robin! It was a pleasurable experience.

I think the lady that helped me name was Keda, she got me registered and into my unit in a matter of minutes. She offered me items that would help me throughout my stay such as insurance, bubble wrap, and also a product that would protect my items in case of a flood or water damage in my unit. She also got me the lowest rates after checking with 4 other storage places in the area !!

When I moved into the n.desert location on 1/2 the lady on the property was very understanding to my needs and actually sold me a better unit for my needs and she stayed friendly all day as my movers and I moved in

Nice storage. It was very clean and we had no problem get carts to use to more my stuff. I like the climate control and the storage was on the first floor. Very easy to get too. The only problem was the area to pull the truck up to unload. There wasn't much room to park and pull the ramp out. If the truck had been bigger we wouldn't have been able to pull the ramp out. Otherwise the staff, location and facility itself was great. Would recommend.
