I found a great deal on a 10x10 at Public Storage two days before I needed it. They called me a few times to ensure I was good to go. Very polite, accommodating, and the best part; I can use their app on my phone to open the access gate. Very spacious, lots of potential and did I mention for a GREAT price!

I found her to be very enlightening about the boxes and their types and the sizes of units and why it was important to understand which unit would accommodate my immediate needs. The first one i went to on jonesboro rd the attendant was lazy sorry didnt want to get up to help customer the second one in lake city the lady jasmine was great she explained everything and walked around til we found a space they need a golf cart also

The customer service that I received at this location was excellent! When I walked in Felicia B. was assisting a customer and had acknowledged me the moment I walked in the door! She was answering phones, and helping us on the inside, She is only one person but she remained professional with everyone the entire time and was conversational as well!! If I ever need a storage in the area I will definitely re-visit this location!!!

I needed a 10X30 unit but there were none available so I accepted the 10X20. I managed to stack all my belongings in the unit. I hope I don't have to deal with a rodent problem. Other than that, the staff was very courteous and helpful. They made my already hectic moving experience more pleasant.

Had my stuff in this storage unit for a few months now. Never seen any rodents. Property is well maintained. And when I called cursing and acting rowdy about my lock being cut because I was late ?? Keosha showed nothing but PROFESSIONALISIM!!! I felt extremely bad but you know we all have bad days and she understood that. She was so calm and polite all the way through the situation also didn't hold it against me in my future interactions with her. I mean you just Dont get customer service like that anymore. Its really unparalleled. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking for a safe secure place to store their things. Keosha is just a bonus. ??

I was told that the storage unit would hold the items I have but the space wasn't actually sufficient therefore I had to put items other places. I was also charged more than with I was quoted another Public Storage and the representative told me it would be the same at the facility I actually stored my items in.

The customer service was excellent. From the time I called for a price quote until I actually moved my items into storage. It was surprising to discover that the price vary, sometimes significantly, depending on the location. This accounts for the 4 star rating and "little friction".
