Public Storage - Sandy Springs - 4654 Roswell Rd

Didn't have my code, called and the woman I spoke with said to read my email with the code and then I could take the lock out of the storage unit and take it to the office to get a refund since i had my own lock. called back once I realized I have no code and can't get in. It was 5 PM and the new person I spoke with said if I wanted to move in a day early (it was actually just a few hours early) I would have to drive to the other facility and resign my lease, which made very little sense to me considering it was only a few hours before the facility would no longer be accessible. Then I had to get on with customer service again to figure out when I get my code because the facility is open at 6 AM and i needed to get there early and move my things in...then of course I didn't get my code until 645am after the customer service agent assured me I would receive my code prior to the facilities opening hours (which is 6am) then to top it all off the app wasn't working to open the door! Feel like I'm starting to regret this. Not sure how much longer I will stay with Public Storage too much runaround for a one day move-in.

Courteous and efficient Service personnel , the unit was well-lit and clean and climate controlled....Entrance keypad looked "worn and torn", but was told it was being replaced in near future.

Best customer experience ever! Tiwauna made my mom and me feel very special. She was thorough and explained everything clearly, but was also so friendly. I've also been a customer here for several years. The building is always spotless.

The public storage I leased with is very clean and the staff member was approachable and friendly. I was upgraded with no change to a larger unit that would be more suitable for my belongings. However, at night the lights are shut off in the hallways that makes it extremely difficult to maneuver; additionally I received my second months bill only two days after I got the unit which was very surprising.
