I couldn't complete the application online, despite spending 20 minutes with telephonic support - had to complete the application upon arrival at the physical storage. At the physical storage, the process took another 10 minutes to complete. Compared to other storage companies, this is way too long. All costs should be made transaparent upfront like compulsory insurance and admin fee.

The lady who checked us in was so nice, informative and quick! I would def recommend!
