Public Storage - Augusta - 1525 Crescent Drive

I was a little worried about this place, based on location and price, but it seems like a hidden gem! The cost of parking storage is cheaper than anyone else I looked into, and the facility is very well maintained (clean and looks new), and well secured. As soon as I actually checked the place out, I was very pleasantly surprised.

Super easy and quick process when reserving online and showing up to your move-in appointment. We got an awesome deal on a large unit and the manager on site, Ray, was very polite and helpful.

The site manager was polite and professional. Knowledgeable on ever storage and discounts that came with certain units.

Very convenient and affordable

Ray on site was extremely helpful and helped me greatly with my storage needs. He was a pleasure to work with and I will use your facility for all my storage needs.

Unit price was very good. Only negative I had was that I was given a lock and I thought it was included and I was then charged $20. I do not like being charged for things without being told that I am. Other than that very happy with our first storage container.

I had an outstanding experience with this company. Ray and all the other representatives were so pleasant and courteous. I was always given a courteous call reminding me of my payment of which I was very appreciative. I was always greeted with a smile. I mainly dealt with Ray from the beginning to the end. Sheniqua is a very professional and delightful employee her customer service was superb and although she could not meet my needs because of availability she promptly reserved a unit at another facility. I really enjoyed my experience

The public storage on Crescent Drive is one of the best storage facilities in the Augusta area the manager Ray ensures the safety everybody's belongings on a daily basis he takes his job seriously to the fullest extreme he also keeps the facility is nice and clean bueg free and rodent free I would recommend the storage facility to anyone that is looking.
