Very nice and protected storage room facility. Customer service was very nice and system had went down. We explained we were on a time schedule and had been giving the run around for others. Told me what to do far as paying online or with customer service so we could get in and get moved in. Again customer service was everything and she did a very good job and we all laughed after everything was moved in great enough time.

The customer service at the office was amazing. I was told when I called in and spoke to customer service they told me that I only had to pay was application fee and lock. I got there and had to pay the 1st months rent and application fee.
