Finding the location was easy only thing I had a problem with was my gate code but they got it sorted out. And my unit was clean and ready for move in. Note you have to provide your own lock though.

I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t remember the ladyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s name but she was wonderful. She answered all my questions I had after applying for a unit online. When I got to the gate my code didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work and she was very quick at resolving the issue. The storage unit I rented was clean, as was the entire lot. Location and price is perfect for my needs

I was given a 5x10 unit up close which is what I wanted. When opening the unit I thought it was narrow, so I measured across and found out it is only 4.5” instead of 5. This is my only complaint.

Customer service is through the roof! She was very nice and even showed us around the units so we got the right size, and explained everything to us to make sure we were getting everything we needed.

I got a storage unit here because the location was convenient to my location and after doing much research, the prices were comparable to all the other storage locations. The difference, the customer service was outstanding. Michelle was so very helpful and such a wonderful person. We had a problem with our lock and had to get it cut off. She was having problems and called a couple of other locations for assistance. Both the other locations came out to help and finally got the lock off. They even stayed over their normal work time to help us and help with getting a new lock for the unit. Everyone was so nice and helpful I highly recommend this place for storage.
