I had a hard time reaching someone at the unit set there for a hour or so other people were waiting one man road around with his stuff for 3 days, don't know if he ever got in contact with you but he was very upset, another lady was there she was upset day 2 another man was there he couldn't get in, a notice should have been posted, but when I was able to get in and someone came that Thursday, she apologized, she thought someone was there, and she was very professional which I appreciated very much, l did get into my unit.

Perfect! I reserved online - the next morning I went to the facility , gained access and never had to see anyone! Seamless experience! Wonderful !!! Yoshi called me today to make sure everything was good - her customer service skills are top notch ! I will never go elsewhere for storage !!

I was not too happy with my first unit but the man who's basically running the place was super cool and very nice and gave me a new unit and it was much nicer he really has helped me since day 1! And I can appreciate that nowadays!!! Love this place honestly and the friendly service u will receive no matter the issue.
