CubeSmart Self Storage - Suwanee - 3495 Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd

I actually thought that I would need a 10x10 unit, since I had a 1br apt worth of items to put into storage. My packing skills are good, but even with half of my items in the unit, there is still plenty more space. If packed properly, this unit can easily fit a 2BR worth of stuff.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The faculties are clean and in good repair. The location is very convenient.

Even though I came after business hours, the customer service I received from the front desk via phone was definitely top tier. She walked me through step by step what was needed to do and how I could locate my storage unit on my own. The unit was clean and the padlock I payed for was inside the unit as expected. I would recommend this storage facility to my friends and family if they were ever in need of the extra space.

The lady I dealt with on Saturday at around 4:00 pm was awesome and so helpful. I forgot her name but she has brownish black hair and is in her mid 30's. I thought she was great and made the whole transition of moving into the storage unit very easy. Only took 10 mins and she also got me a better deal on a unit in Climate control . Please give that woman a raise BC she was awesome and was a great representation of Cube smart Storage

Good customer service and safe location

Moved across the country and needed a storage unit. Cubesmart had the best priced unit that was right size for me.

The manager Diana was very friendly over the phone answering any questions I had before coming in to sign the paperwork. Once I got to the storage unit she gave me a bunch of useful tips regarding the storage unit and walked out to the unit that I had reserved. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart to others as they have a clean safe facility and are very friendly with good tips.

I arrived at the facility as it was opening and had my reservation ready. As we all know when moving a 26 ft truck you have to secure movers. Well as I arrived It took 46min from arrival to complete signing of paperwork in which we already established reservation of. The manager on duty was VERY RUDE!!!! I have been in customer service for 16yrs and NEVER have I ever been talked to and treated in this manner. Assuming everyone is intitled to a bad day I bypassed several coments made by the manager one which was as I was speaking face to face with my partner, she chimed in telling I was on Camera.... ??? SORRY, what does that have to do with us speaking to one another ma'am. I am a very pleasant person but I feel as this review is warranted as, after several comments and 35 min of waiting I was on the ohone with Public storage. Keeping in mind the 45 min wait I had 2 movers sitting outside I was paying 80 an hr for. NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE, and If it wasnt for driving from Charleston, South Carolina in a 26ft truck the day before I would have left!!!!!!

At the last moment, I found the competitive rates and phone number for Cube Smart. In my haste to make a reservation, I told the operator ths wrong location, he very quickly and graciously corrected my error thanking me for letting him get my reservation correct. Not 10 minutes later I received a welcome call from the wrong location in Lawrenceville, but 3 calls from the wonderful location on Lawrenceville Suwannee Rd in Suwannee. The young lady I kept referring to as Tiffany went above and beyond the customer service I would either expect or anticipate. She changed my unit reservation to an appropriate size. She drove me around the property while I drank a delicious cup of fresh coffee she provided for me. Showed me the inside office amenities including that coffee, with infinite refills, supplies, phone, and the free WiFi provided for the guests of Cube Smart. And when my purchase of the unit was questioned due to an error I made with the first month pricing, she accommodated my needs to make me satisfied and salvage a sale I had doomed through my own error. I can't say enough about her service and the property. I only wish I had remembered her real name, but with the humor we both enjoyed at the mistake, I am sure we both know exactly who we are. Kudos to you hun, I, as someone who manages restaurants, I am sometimes accused of being overly critical. In your case, I have nothing negative....

I would like to inform you that my experience at Ustore it in Suwanee, GA on Suwanee Dam road was amazing. I will never consider using a different storage facility in this area, even if it were less expensive due to the fact that these gals (Dianna and Maria) were so incredible. They were extremely helpful, informed and considerate. I would rate them as A people and employees and I thank you for hiring and keeping them.
