Thoroughly enjoyed meeting Sue. She was professional and took great pride in showing me the facility. She should be proud because it is so clean! She also performed her job very well. I felt totally confident in the transaction.

This was my first storage experience, and it was a good one. The customer service, a 50% discount for a bigger storage space, and the cleanliness of the property were blessings as I transitioned to a new place. Also, this place is close to the highway and stores. It was perfect for me!

This is the second time using this facility. It's convenient with easy access to indoor units. Feels like a safe and secure location. The gate is a little tricky to negotiate with a trailer in tow, just have to be really careful. Staff is helpful and friendly. Overall, a good experience.

I pay the extra fee which is only five a month to come at all hours which is great for me cause itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s usually after work ! The place is clean and thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a ground keeper I believe who keeps the place nice and clean . The rent is a little high but I have allot of stuff .

The prices are fair but the movery in discounts are exceptional but even more so was the customer service. I had an issue with the Uhaul truck I used to move my things from Ocala Florida to the Hamilton Mill storage facilty and the woman at the storage facility went above and beyond in helping me resolve the problem.

She went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with the Uhaul truck I used to move my things from Ocala Florida to the storage at Hamilton Mill Georgia. I would most definitely recommend this storage facility. And am thankful that after such a frustrating trip there was such a kind and helpful soul.
