I would HIGHLY recommend this storage facility! It was VERY easy to sign up and get started. It was hassle-free. The customer service has been EXCELLENT! Cannot tell you the number of times customer service is generally poor because people just donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t care anymore about professionalism, but this facility hands down has been courteous, clean, quiet, very-well maintained and just simply professional. Speak with Gary if you can.

This is our first storage unit experience. Everything was very easy, from selecting a unit online to reserving a time to arrive. The app works very well to get in and out of the facility. The unit is climate controlled and will work well for our needs.

This facility is very well run. Gary does a fantastic job of understanding needs, communicating and providing information. I've been here for 6 months and have reserved several spots and changed a couple of times and it has always been very smooth.

The staff with square foot, and the staff with public storage went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of properly, and had all the space that I needed. Without their assistance, this past weekend wouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been worse than it already was due to extenuating circumstances.

Overall very good experience. Except for one issue, I would have rated it a five star experience. I had arrived with my own padlock for the storage unit only to find out that Public Storage required a special key lock. I had forgotten that was the case having previously rented from PS in the past. I wasn't sure I still had that lock from previously so I purchased a new one for $20. When I got home I discovered that I had in fact still had a lock. When I returned to put things in the storage unit about an hour later, I tried to return the lock for credit. Only to be told that wasn't possible. That just didn't seem right. It was never used and probably never will be. I am just very disappointed in that policy.
