I was charged for things I didn't approve of and show it stated in the agreement policy that I had a choice but the lady that helped me not once told me anything from the policy about insurance and the lock. She just took it her own matter to charge me for there lock and there insurance and on top of all that I seen on my email statement I was charged almost $8 for tape that I didn't ask for.

Staff is friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Units are clean and locations are many so very easy to find a convenient site. Also they offer lots of online deals which outweighed other storage facilities in my decision to choose them.

After my mom suddenly passed away, we needed to get her house sold, but my siblings and I either live out of state or in apartments. This made it hard for us to choose what we should keep of hers and what to give away, so we decided get a storage unit instead. I had a great experience moving in. I made an appointment online to see the storage unit that I chose, and the appointment was smooth and very quick. Every question that I had was answered, and the move in process was very easy. They even provide a dolly for moving multiple boxes at a time free of charge. I have only been renting for a couple weeks now, but haven't had an issues, and the staff is always friendly.

The "$1 first month rent" is great and all, until they hit you with the admin fee (even online when it's all processed electronically and no physical admin's are needed). Other than that, I'm fully satisfied with Public Storage. Due to the deceit... I give a happy medium of 3-stars.

This is my second time using public storage at this location and I have had a great experience. The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Mike was my friendly customer service guy today and he was very pleasant and very helpful. Danielle is a great manager and she is always smiling and Pleasant. She makes it her business to know her customers by name, which is very nice.

I have rented 2 units over the last 3 years. Switching from larger to smaller was seamless, but now I no longer need any. In the 3 yrs there, the facility was always clean and well maintained no matter when I went. I always worked with Danielle who was professional, very personable, and always helpful on the phone or in person (and in person she always greeted me by name!). I lived 32 miles away from the facility but kept my things there. Not only were the prices more reasonable, I was confident of the safety and cleanliness and appreciated Danielle's excellent customer service. Would recommend if needing a unit.
