I am very surprised at how this facility has gone down. I used it approximately 6.5 years ago and it was clean. Now the interior is nasty with trash and several doors not fixed

No lights in unit, has lingering odor and humidity is high in the area, door worn out, rope broken, price is too high for this location.

The on-site manager was very polite. She listen to my issue and was incredibly helpful ...not to mention patient with us. Over all she made sure we were happy with our unit and encouraged us to reach out to her if we changed our minds AGAIN LOL .

Had a great experience - moving in a storage Unit - would recommend this location to other folks rating 10/10 Only comment I am transferring from a 10x15 to a larger 10x22 unit - thought I should have recd A discount on the 10x15 unit - instead Of charging me the entire month or discount The 1st month for the 10x22 unit

I was very distraught as my neighborhood HOA was about to have my car towed and I needed a safe and secure, yet affordable place to store it ASAP. I scoured the Internet, called several nearby storage lots and nobody could help. I just drove up to Public Storage as my last resort and within 30 minutes I was parking my car securely in a 10X20 storage unit. I also was able to save money for the first month and that was critically important to me. THANKS Public Storage for being human, just like all your customers !!

I am happy with the facility. I do have one issue... I am in a climate control facilty unit and every time I have gone to my unit it is extremely hot inside the building. I would like this looked into.

Public Storage off Old Peachtree called me almost immediately and was able to get me what I needed fast, effectively, and not in an over-the-top salesman way. The storage unit I have is exactly what I needed, and I feel confident that my things are safe there. Every time I go by the main office, the staff is friendly, positive, and energetic. I was apprehensive about using a storage unit, but this has been a great experience.
