The overall process was quite simpler than most. Move in was smooth, other than my poor eyesite failing to find the unit numbers above the units. However, 1 call to the call center and problem solved. The agent I spoke with was super kind and helpful. She remained in the line with me until I was actually inside the unit. That was reassuring in every way! I'd recommend this 10 federal storage to anyone looking for a storage unit to rent. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘
