We needed a small unit to store some of my motherﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s keepsakes and furniture. Micah was very informative and helpful in getting us all the information we needed. I called the next day and reserved the unit with Isaac, who stayed on the line until the entire process was complete. He made sure I understood all parts of the online paperwork but everything was very user-friendly. I was excited we could get our unit the same day and had a smooth transition in obtaining codes and locks! Highly recommended!!

Unit is fine. Going through the 3rd party booking agency was a bit confusing.
