Price is extremely high when compared to other storage units. Especially when you factor in that they don't offer military discounts for veterans.

The people that helped me move into my unit and start the process for very kind. The only caveat was my code didn't work the night that I signed up for the rental. I called the customer service line and had it resolved within 5 minutes.

The price on a parking space for me is outstanding. Cheapest within `100 miles. The major issue I had with signing up online and bypassing the leasing office is that the gate code provided via email did not work, even though the email stated that the code would work within 10 minutes. I had to call customer service and was told that the gate code wouldn't start working until the following Monday. Customer service provided me with a temporary/emergency gate code. This is a major issue if you're showing up when the leasing office isn't open and cannot access the property.

This has been a very easy process, and everyone I came in contact with was exceptional!

I've needed a storage unit for a few years, but even a 5x5 unit was more than I needed. SpareFoot found me a half-height, climate controlled 4x4 close to home at a surprisingly low price. The site was clean, secure, and convenient. The site manager was friendly and helpful. This little unit fits my needs perfectly, and I will happily recommend Prime Storage in Cartersville, and SpareFoot, to anyone with storage needs.
