It's was ok. No one was at the place twice when I went there.

Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s no human there to help you if you need a lock. Or at least they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t make it easy to understand when a human will be there.

The location of this storage facility is amazing! Malcolm did such a wonderful job at informing me about the unit and made my move-in extremely quick and efficient!

I came to this facility after being told by the representative (Stephanie) from calling center that my storage 10×15 was available. To my surprise not only was the storage space size was incorrect but there was also none available. Could you imagine how disappointed I was!Knowing that I was being lied too! The representative Vicky was very very helpful with my situation and was able to not find the size I was promised but adequate size. Thank God for her🙏

Speaking to the rep was smooth and professional. With the contactless walkthrough I got to see my storage without the guess work. The facility is pristine and clean. For the price it's a steal compared the the others I looked at in the area.

I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t expect the initial cost to be so much, you have to buy a $17 lock from them, get insurance, and pay a admin fee, so while the rent for the unit was only around 53 dollars, I paid around $108 all together. But the facilities are very nice and so clean. The workers are very nice and helpful. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s worth the money and I would recommend.

Makes you feel more secure when you have an interior storage.

No one was in the office, and the office was locked, when I arrive. I had to wait about 15 minutes for her to show up. She had apparently been giving someone a tour of the facility. Also, there was a monthly charge for insurance that I did not know about ahead of time. Other than that, everything went well.

Rueben was so helpful and the prices were very competitive. We toured the place and it was new, clean and well kept. All the options were clearly explained and I got exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.
