I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I’ve never rented a storage unit before so I had several questions. Check in was easy and we got everything moved in so we can start construction on our basement. I’m thankful that this place is so close to our house and we were able to move in quickly.

I was given some misinformation when I booked this unit. I was told I didn't need insurance which turned out not to be true. I was also told I would get the month of May free for signing up which also turned out to be untrue. The unit is nice but your representatives should have better training. I was desperate for a unit that day and took the unit despite all the wrong information.
