A-1 Mini Storage - Conyers

The online reservation process was easy and user friendly. In Addition, to complete the leasing process, customer service was done in a timely and friendly manner. However, the unit assigned to me was in need minor repair, specifically, the middle handle (at bottom of shutter). The customer service rep said he would forward the order for repair to the relevant party responsible for repairs. Items were moved into the unit the next day close to office hours closing, but the repair is/was still not done.

Cleaning out a house before it was sold. Some items were worthy of keeping and had not been sold. They had to go somewhere to be dealt with on a future date.

The guy running the place was really nice and made you feel welcomed to do business at the unit. He also described the security and great past that the business has had throughout the years. Well definitely continue doing business there.

Ok, the location is a little off the beaten path but if storage is what you need then A-1 has that storage. Mike is friendly and professional. My move-in process was a breeze! I'm glad I chose A-1.
