The unit and facility was clean and nice. Setup was easy and the managers were very friendly. The only problem I had was getting into the facility with my code. If the managers leave the site, the numbers posted did not work and made it difficult to reach anyone but the problem was resolved rather quickly.

I wasn't expected to pay insurance therefore that should be told to customers upfront. Also I was charged a protated amount instead of 30 days later so I do not like that either. Otherwise good location and I will make the best of it. Oh, they do not offer military, verteran, aarp, or any other discount which was a bummer.

After waiting an hour the day before, I was somewhat irritated. The young lady was sweet but upon my return the following day, I was pleasantly surprised. The location manager Chris was very attentive to my concerns and made maximum efforts to not only sort out the issues but find cost efficient solutions. The office and storage spaces were very clean and inviting unlike most storage places that look super creepy. I will definitely recommend this business to others.
