Had a bad experience with a UHaul storage and had to move and find something less expensive and cleaner. I did hear! They were so helpful and friendly , quick and easy!!

Good price, nice staff also have a day check in option so did all of the stuff on. Line and they have a lock in the unit for me ready to go n everything so hooray I love that ! Only downfall is ten is the latest I can access my unit and I work so that's the only hrs I have is nights to go their but climate controlled and all that is great also

I have never rented a storage place before, so wasn't sure of the process or what to expect. Tilly (Otilia Ojedo) greeted me and walked me through the process. She explained everything and took me to see a couple units (I wasn't sure of what size to get so I wanted to see 2 to make final decision). Tilly never made me feel like she was rushing me; I felt like the only customer of the day; it was great. I was also surprise at how amazingly clean the facility was. I have seen some places (like Uhaul) when I have rented trucks, so I just thought it was normal to look run down or what not. Very impressed with the facility, including easy access, and especially the customer service!

This is an air conditioned metal building with minimal everything. Very clean, nice employees, but at the end of the day it is a metal box. Thry could shave 30 dollars off of their charges and still make a handsome profit from their little to no upkeep and staffing requirements. Overall, nicer than some, middle of the road storage facility with slightly inflated pricing.

Initial visit was great. Representative was very informative, she showed me how to use the gate. She gave me a tour around the facilities and was very impressed on the cleanliness of the storage facility.
