The entire process from making the reservation to moving out has been easy & uncomplicated. Everyone has been very friendly to deal with.

Got a great deal on a couple of units during the pandemic. Since then pricing has been creeping up almost monthly and is now more than double what it was when I originally signed up. I know there are inflation issues right now, but the price hikes started way before that. Feels like a scam sometimes. That said, the facility is well maintained and the staff are pleasant.

(I wish they had fewer price increases.)

The large inside lockers are very dark. I have to use a flashlight As the hallway lights do not light up the back of the locker.

Fatima is the best! She helped me with the process.

Love it. As long as prices do not raise, I will stay here FOREVER.

If you keep raising your price every few months, I will no longer be able to afford my unit!

Price is a little higher than average

The constant price increases is so disappointing. I do appreciate the business and would never consider leaving if they wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t keep changing the prices. The argument that they are trying to stay competitive is manipulative because we are still in a recession and everyone is hurting.

You almost doubled your rent in one year. I was told that there would only be a maximum 2 percent increase. Get it in writing!

We werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t sure what size unit weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d need, they helped look at pictures of what we had, showed us all possible unit sizes, and made the right recommendation for us (which wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the most expensive!).

Setup reservation by phone for a storage unit. Drove to location was shown the unit and filled in forms. Easy process and a very good price.
