The staff are great to work with but my one complaint is a biggie. They send out increases every year and call them modest, but in my opinion they are not. The increases have been averaging $20/month each hear until this year when it increased by a whopping $35.

They charge way too much monthly. I pay over $1,200 a month that is more than your average mortgage

Storage units are clean, usually appropriate temps, and Tracy and staff are awesome! The staff is the best advertisement for the business! Pricing on the units is high and not in line with other storage units relative to cost.and caliber and in the Cumming, Ga area !

I have been a customer for around two years. Prices have gone up twice but they remain below market for the size of climate control unit that I have (10x15). The facilities are clean inside and out. This place is well-managed and attentive to answering questions and meeting needs.

The customer service is good initially but thereafter she's rude harassing the lights don't work on half of the buildings it's very unsafe at night there's cobwebs and dust and dirt everywhere most of the time the carts have plastic or rubber wheels that give out and aren't sturdy enough to get anything to your storage unit because they're cheap carts when they should have hard wheels on them and much much more

I had a very good experience dealing with Star Storage. They were helpful and have reasonable rates. I would recommend these people to anyone.

The customer service has always been the best. Sweetest Peaches in Georgia. The place is clean and safe, easy access. I just wish prices were more stable, but in these times, we get it.
