When I moved in the unit was leaking terribly I am concerned my items will be damaged . I am in. Tight situations and immediately regretted getting the unit

the storage was clean for me to move furniture inside. the light was working and the space was just the right size for my things.

The service was great. Nicole did an awesome job with showing me the options that Public Storage had to offer. One downside, there was a big hole in the unit wall that I'm renting. I still rented due to the awesome service I received. Overall great!!!

Customer service is great!!! Love the move in incentive.! The inside storage has a mildew smell tho. And door safety is questionable.

Just one thing. Tell customers the lock need to be placed on storage BEFORE leaving the premises. I received a call from employee saying they were about to close my reservation space because no lock was on it. But Im glad she did call first.

Great customer service from Ebony!! I came in to get a storage unit and she showed me the unit, also outlined the contract and explained on details my charges and how everything works from using my gate code and to using my key card. I felt like my belongings are safe and secure. I left my key card and she went to the through the procedures to get me another one and got me into my storage fast!! Definitely will be using this place more often.

I searched the Internet for the specials and found a unit at a fair price that fit my storage needs. I got a follow up call from the office thanking me and confirming my reservation and move in date. I toured the facility before signing the lease to make sure it was clean, safe and had helpful staff. Sasha was great. Very friendly and helpful without having to sound scripted. I would recommend this location.
