I was not sure the unit was going to fit all my items. The lady at the front assure me took a look at the unit with me even though it was pouring rain she was patient and kind. The unit is clean and in a good area.

Excellent initial conversation with your personnel on the phone. That gave me all the information I needed to follow through with reserving a storage unit. Then your property manager Catherine called me directly and finalized my reservation. She then met me at the location and personally showed me the unit, issued my lock and keys and introduced me to the coded gate system. I have been in and out 4 times now , in the last two days, and things are working out just fine for our move to the Decatur area. My thanks to Cat and her crew at Public Storage.

It has been incredibly inconvenient to pay. I tried to pay online and it keeps saying my password doesn't work. I try the link in the password reset email and it says that the site is down due to maintenance. Then I try to pay by phone and it's a $10 surcharge. I call the actual facility and have to leave a message which has yet to be returned.

Catherine and Ashlie helped me at Public storage... Let's be real this is not your first choice when storing yours goods... Well think again they are professional don't talk over one another and this place is super clean and safe.. I recommend this place to all

It was a good experience. The location is right off a highway and that's important to me. Only concern was my code was read off in front of two strangers. I worked for a bank and any codes should be written and not spoken aloud. But Meghan was great!

I visited on Tuesday and received excellent service from ms.cat! She was very nice and welcoming. I fell in love with her spirit, very professional, and sweet! I am very pleased and if I need to get another unit in the future I will be back to see Ms. Cat!!!!
