Customer service was wonderful and the price is great but driving to where the units are not good. It's very sloped and hilly and you have to be careful with your vehicle and the stuff you are trying to store

Really would have preferred a climate controlled unit, but it was gone the day before. If they had told me to reserve it the day I inquired, I would have done it. It was difficult to reach anyone early on the day of the move. When someone did respond, they were very apologetic. Other than that, all was good. Laurie was great for the actual move-in.
