Customer Service was great. She was very helpful and very friendly. I don't have never used a storage before. It was just not clean enough for me. It was not what I was looking for, but it was last minute.

My first unit was littered with rat feces and I was moved to another unit. I was charged again for thec2ndvunit even though I was only in the first unit for two days. I also had to move everything from the 1st unit to the 2nd unit with no assistance from the front desk. I truly hope there is no rodent issue with the 2nd unit because I dont want to come back to find my belonging ruind by the eats. The insurance will not be enough to cover my loses.

This was the fastest and easiest get your storage unit ever. Hats off to the reservation department, customer service over the phone and of course the front desk representative at the storage unit site. Job well done!

I have rented storage units from this location many times over the years. It is a great location. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m planning on moving and selling my home. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m using my 10x20 size unit to start downsizing. I recommend this location.

It was very easy to register, pay and move in.

In the past, renting a storage room seemed like a long process. I can say that I like being able to get everything done before getting to the property. I also like the fact that the lock and key were already there! Great experience! The unit itself seemed a little questionable. One side of it makes me wonder if my things will get wet.

The web site is ur friend. Although unless you read closely they're some mandatory fees they may shock you but it's ok since they offer a generous first month discount. So it's recommended.

I was moving my sister, Do to her resented stroke . and your two mangers in Douglasville helped me and my family greatly. I pulled in to your hwy 5 store miss Bev. showed me 3 different units and the one I needed Miss Bev. went back to her office to do the paper work that's when she found out the unit was not $1.00. then she asked if we wanted her to call across town to see if they had a 5x10 on promo. and they did. we moved our sister stuff right on in ....
