If you are looking for 24 hour access, this is not the place for you. The gate access is 6am to 9pm. What they do not let you know, if you have an indoor unit, the access is the same. So if you get in the gate before 9, but it takes a bit to get to your unit, you can not enter. Customer service is great. John was friendly.

Best experience getting a storage unit for the first time! Came into this location and spoke with Kyle and he was more than happy to answer all of my questions and set me up with my very first unit. He was very knowledgeable and showed me my unit and walked me through the paperwork, and he wasn't afraid to let me in on the deals online and in-store. If you need to store your things away, this is the best company you can find for the money and quality of service!

This was my first experience using Public Storage, and I can truthfully say it has been a good one so far. I toured the facility and chose the space I needed and was fully satisfied. The staff employee was most helpful and knowledgeable in space requirements and I could not have gotten better help. I am very pleased with the service and my initial experience.
