When we arrived our lock code was incorrect. Thankfully we made it before closing and the attendant was able to get us into our unit. The one unfortunate thing was that there was a solid sheet of ice at least four feet in front of the unit. Stellar customer service would have been to salt these entryways for easier and safer access for customers.

My parking space PS03 was difficult to back into, because there is a boat on a trailer in the opposite space with the trailer tongue protruding about 2-3 feet into the driveway. This makes backing difficult by having to avoid hitting this trailer and damaging my car. The boat and trailer appears to be too long for the space allocated to it.

It was different than expected, with new technology kiosks upon arrival but overall it has turned out great so far. Did not understand need for insurance but ok.

I just received an email sayen my unit isn't fully secure so I will be going down to take care of that I am glad they check those things so don't let your help lock your unit for you but if they don't do it correctly at least I get notified

Very helpful customer service. Not many climate-controlled storage units in the area, glad to have found this one. Like the security gate, fence and locks. However, did find that one of the doors at my unit did not lock but with all the other security measures, I wasn't to worry about it. Still would recommend.

The service and price is the best around

They want you to have their insurance, you have to use your own to not pay them. Pay for 24 hour access unlike other facilities that don't charge. And 30 day vacate letter that you can bypass by saying that you abandon the unit. And due rate increases in January and June and these are not cheap. So they make more money. Watch out for the parking spots being priced wrong also.

I called to get the process started to reserve a storage location. Part way through the process the phone dropped connection (Not sure on who's end). Called back and got a different person and started the process all over again. Similar phone issue. I decided to stop by the location in about 15 minutes the unit was rented, paperwork completed, access information was shared, and I was on the way back to the office.

This place was the best when it was owned by the original owner and totally changed when he sold it to a corporate conglomerate. Now prices are random and canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be lowered, only raised, even if the new fault rate is lower. Very frustrating. But the girl in the office is super nice and helpful.
