The storage I have is supposed to be climate controlled the moment I stepped in the facility it was hot, hotter than outside. No air conditioning coming from anywhere. On top of that I donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t believe anyone every goes through and gets rid of the spiders or webs because they were everywhere including inside my storage that shouldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been free from any insects. Kinda defeats the purpose of having climate controlled.

We chose this location from selfstorage.com becauseit was conveniently located and the online price was right. We received acknowledgment of our request the very next day. The check-in process and the service that we have received is excellent. Thank you Noreen for helping to make moving less stressful!!

Mr. Chuck was the absolute best! He was knowledgeable, patient, and calming during a very stressful day. I had scheduled with another company only to arrive and the doors were locked and the lights out. It looked as if no one had even come to work. My belongings were on the moving truck with no unit. I called Mr. Chuck and he took care of me.
