Kortney was Amazing, and Efficient with her processing, and Customer friendly demeanor !!!! We did a quick tour of a nearby unit similar to what I reserved, which was great. I got a 2nd floor unit, but not too far from the elevator, so I was satisfied nonetheless.Will definitely recommend Midgard to anyone seeking storage.Thank you so much !!!

For a business, they refuse to actually service customers in any form. They fraudulently charged me for insurance when I have my own, won't send payment reminders, don't provide enough carts, won't answer the phone or return calls or emails, etc. I hope I can find another place when I can afford it.

They young lady at the counter showed me the unit before purchasing. Which was very clean.

I had just moved back to Georgia and was staying with a good friend of mine. I was driving around with all of our things in the car (which I really didn't want to do). I got up the next morning and was searching online for the closest storage near my friend. Another friend of mine said I should leave it at a mutual friend of ours so I do not have to pay for storage. I told him 'no' getting a storage would be better because I wouldn't have to wait on them to come home while I'm out getting some things done and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my things unattended at anyone's house. Plus, if my things are in a storage I can come and go as I need to especially when I need to get something. The next morning is when I searched online and found Midgard Self Storage in Fayetteville for a great price and a great offer for the storage size that I needed. It was the perfect timing. Eventhough, I wish my unit was on the 1st floor. Everything still fell right in place.

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m so glad my first experience with using a storage facility was pleasant. From the online process to meeting their in-person team; everyone was profession and courteous. Their system is user friendly. The space and surrounding area was clean and well maintained.

This is a great, secure facility. However, like all storage facilities, the prices are extremely expensive.
