Was pretty easy getting into unit. Payed online and is easy to lock and unlock. They have locks already and no hassle locks

Instead of one 10×30 I found I have three 10×10. Secondly, another unit I rented has 2 lifting doors from both sides. Doors lock from the best side to access has lock and access code doesn't work. Spent 30 minutes to talk with talking bot, issue wasn't resolved. Called again a few more times and gave up. Would give 3.8 stars out of 5. Otherwise, units clean, accessible and looks good. Unfortunately, customer support lack human support. Bot "Manager" doesn't help me.

The only issue is the gate keeps breaking. I think they finally have it fixed now with a different style.
