Code needs fixed......... yep

The gate code I was given did not work. No one mentioned using a star or pound in the number. The storage building was not labeled and the And the locks did not work.No staff available on weekends.

Sandra saved the day. Facility abandoned when I went to check-in even though I filled out those huge lengthy forms on-line. She arrived and neither of us could make the assigned entry gate code work and she had to exchange the inaccessible storage unit for another. Without her help you would have lost an angry client and AMEX would have withdrawn my payment. Nice clean air conditioned unit once I could finally unlock all the gates and doors.

Very helpful,I was working and the young took all my info over the phone. We had no problems from there. Thank you for all your kindness.

The unit is fairly priced and the grounds are very clean. The one drawback is there is no staff on grounds nor is it possible to contact someone. All of the phone numbers are disconnected or the phone system sends you to a loop never connecting with anyone. The only way to get a person is to message from the website and wait for someone to get back to you.
