While dealing with the stress of moving and needing a place to store my things most places showed one price then gouged the future prices to a ridiculous amount. Midgard offered affordable rates and the customer service agents went above and beyond to ensure my experience with them was as stress free as possible.

Very helpful and solved small problem quickly

Our move-in process was easy and quick. Their online customer service rep at the facility was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The only issue we had was that our paperwork did not indicate the address of their annex for vehicle storage, which was a few miles away. We were initially confused but once we figured that out, everything was great.

Moe was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure my first time renting a storage unit was a smooth and easy process.

We needed a storage unit that we could move in to immediately… these guys have been great. We even forgot our lock and they had one that they loaned us until the next day. The customer service had been awesome and the location is very secure.

This is the only storage facility I will tell my friends about and use, theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re very fast with the paper work and very cheap as opposed to others. Love the space to get in and out of, very easy with a large UHAUL. Thank you staff for making a stressful move feel easy breezy. (:

Only used the unit for a week removed lock and informed them we were gone signed a text they we were gone told them in the begining we would not be using the unit more than 30 days. They only sent me one bill and told me I owed 2 1/2 months and late fees

This is a fantastic storage facility. Convenient location. Very clean. Very secure. Moved in late in the evening and had easy access, light and an awesome cart to help us move in. We are in the climate controlled building on the second floor. Large service elevator right inside the door to easily move us up. Highly recommend this facility.

The facilities are secure, clean and well lit at night. Staff is great and was willing to taylor to what I needed, with quick service.

You never really know what you're going to be dealing with when it comes to self storage facilities, but I must say, I've been very pleased with the cleanliness of the building, the friendly staff, and the overall experience I've had so far with Midgard. Reserving a unit was easy, they were accommodating with our move-in needs, and we have secured access to our things whenever we need. Would recommend!

The staff at the Gainesville location was amazing, especially Emmy, she went above and beyond! They were all friendly and helpful. Truly a great experience.
