Unit is clean, and large enough to keep my belongings in. Staff was very helpful. I was having trouble with forms and member called to help me through it. When I moved in and staff member helped with that process as well. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to others!

Storage unit is convenient to where I live, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s newer and priced reasonably, interactive sales team when you walk in the door, set up on autopay, so far so good.

Loved the ease the virtual rental process provided. Also, when we were moving in, the gate was staying open. Having worked in physical security, I went to the office to see if there was a problem. The onsite person was aware of to the situation and had made the correct decision to leave the gate open while waiting for service. This avoided anyone being locked in or out of the facility.

The virtual experience was new to us, but the agents responded quickly and were very helpful. Pricing for the facility is in line with comparable facilities. Clean. Access good. Climate control requires you to walk inside, but hand carts are available.
