My Keep Self Storage - Grayson

Staff has been amazing to work with including property manager, Anthony and Jordan at the front desk. I have been involved in a very difficult move from Texas back home to Grayson Georgia. Almost everything that could go wrong did go wrong no fault of the storage facility, completely on PODS Shoulders. multiple delays and picking up pod from storage unit, although I know it was frustrating for the staff. They worked well with me to get it taken care of. You just don’t see that kind of customer service every day. I was already bragging about them well before they were helping me dealing with this fiasco.

So far so good! Just moving in and beginning my expectations with Champion Storage in Grayson, Ga..

I was very impressed by the staff. They were very nice and able to answer any questions I had about the facility. Overall, I have no complaints.

Gift card drawing or not, this review was a must!!! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m often in and out of town for work, and received such an amazing experience all via phone, text and email! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Terri and Alfred who were both amazing. Unit was easy to locate, clean and very affordable. Highly recommend!!

The woman who serviced us at the front desk was cordial, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating. She was able to upgrade our unit at a very reasonable price. We loved her, and she sings!

If you are looking for a perfect place to store your things then this is the place the people where helpful and polite. Spaces were very clean and in great condition. And on site was a U-haul which made it easy for rental of space and truck. It was a perfect place for every thing you need in a one place stop to make your move and store. I would always recommend this facility to any one and everyone.
